Generally all claims can be considered for financing provided that the recovery being sought is one which we are able to participate in should the outcome be successful.

In the case of so-called declaratory actions, i.e. actions which do not seek to recover a certain performance/benefit but are rather aimed at determining a certain fact (e.g. the existence of a contractual relationship), an agreement as to the economic value of the declaration for the claimant must be made in advance. This amount then forms the basis upon which Allianz Litigation Funding's share of the proceeds will be calculated.
